We currently have a feedback request system which emails all of our Amazon customers checking they have received their order, then requesting feedback, then a feedback reminder. We would like this altered, or a new system designed.

We would like to make this more automated;
The system is to import order reports from Seller Central and MarketPlace accounts (Same data, different format)
The system is to remove orders from the email list which are on an exclusion list (csv file or DB table)
The system then uses the email templates which are already setup to email customers. The system is to run once a week.
There will be multiple Amazon accounts which are handled by the system, additional entry boxes for settings (such as access code, secret key etc) in order to request the order reports such as MWS or AWS may be needed.
