looking for 3ds Max drafter with expertise in 3D modeling.
The drafter will be provided with the attached Autocad 2D drawing (plans & elevations) of an apartment building.
The Elevations should be modeled exactly as the DWG elevations.
3D model will have to be made of the Building Exterior (no need to model Interior parts).
Sub components of the finished model will include parts as described below.
The model will consist of separated parts selectable by different colors :
Walls, Floors, Frames, Glass, Fence, Roof, Grass, Pergola, Sun Colt, Pavements & Ramps, Road, Pavement Border, Park Lines, Window Eden (all as shown in the attached zipped Max sample).
The file format will be MAX (made with 3ds max software).
